Media Room Rentals

The Media Room is available for rental during the designated hours of operation. Additional fees may be applicable for use of Media Room beyond the stated hours of operation. Please contact spa reservations for pricing and availability.

Reservations

While the spa makes every effort to accommodate same-day appointments, guests at our Miami spa are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure that their treatment and technician preferences are available. A credit card is required to secure spa treatments and personal training sessions.

Arrival

As the spa has extensive amenities, please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled treatments to enjoy the facility. As a courtesy to all guests, treatment times will not be extended for late arrivals. Your arrival time will determine the length of scheduled treatments, which will end at the originally scheduled time and at the full price.

Treatment Preparation

Guests are asked to complete a medical questionnaire prior to treatments so that they can be tailored to your needs. To receive the full treatment benefits, please shower before the treatment commences.

Health

The Spa at Viceroy Miami is concerned for guests' personal welfare. When booking an appointment, please alert the spa associate to any medical conditions or product sensitivities that will allow us to better serve you in the spa and Miami fitness center.

Valuables

For you safety and comfort, we suggest you leave your jewelry and valuables in your guestrooms. Safes are provides in guestrooms for your security.

Mobile Phone Policy

To maintain the integrity of the spa environment and the privacy of all guests, mobile phones, pagers and PDAs are not allowed in the spa or fitness areas.

Age Requirements

To maintain the integrity of the spa environment, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the spa areas. To receive a treatment, children between the ages of 12 and 17 must have a legal guardian present in the room.

Cancellation

24 hours' notice is required when you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. Failure to maintain the cancellation policy will result in a full charge for all scheduled treatments at our Miami FL spa.

Gratuities

For your convenience an 18% gratuity is included on each service bill.

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the fitness center unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
